MARYN’s program assessments are tailored to meet the needs of each individual
client. Our approach is multi-faceted and initiated in collaboration with the
client to identify the relevant questions and ensure that the desired
information is obtained. MARYN generates reports that document the thorough
assessment and include actionable recommendations, as needed. MARYN’s
methodology for program assessments includes numerous activities, including:
- Policy and procedure review - Legislative review - Budget review - Record Review - Customer File Review - Focus Groups (Staff and Consumer) - Questionnaires (development, distribution and analysis) - Interviews Maryn tailors its final report to answer all questions posed prior to the assessment and provides the client with useful data, recommendations and follow-up as needed to address issues identified during the assessment. Maryn staff have been involved in extensive human services, juvenile justice, and transportation safety program assessments and have provided ongoing technical assistance and training to state and local level entities since 2004. |
